We’re used to seeing Adidas playing with its big archive and connecting different silhouettes to create something completely new, while Nike looks on the way of a massive hybrids production. After the great success of the NMD R1, the German giant released some new creatures, such as the Tubular Shadow or the Prophere. A new chapter of this creative flaw showed up on the last week, during a massive private event in Paris, when the brand with the three stripes presented a new pair of runners: the Deerupt. Inspired by the web we’re used to seeing on the Adidas New York and Marathon models’ midsole, what was previously just a detail becomes the main feature of these new sneakers, since the web covers their whole mesh made upper.

Launching in five different colorways (from the classic black and white to a bolder pink), the Deerupt will be available on March 22nd on adidas.com and at many retailers (price € 99,95)
