The city of Berlin can be described in many ways. The multifaceted and characterful capital of Germany shows many different faces to tourists and inhabitants.

Thinking of Berlin, its clubbing culture is what comes to most people’s minds. The clubbing culture of Berlin is said to be two faced: Thousands of people visiting the world known techno clubs in black outfits; and on the other side the colorful atmosphere of crazy and traditional raves like the “Love Parade” or “Christopher Street Day”.

This aesthetic and energy are combined by New Balance and Overkill to reflect Berlin’s electro music culture. The ultimate homage for equality, unity and diversity, coming out in the “Month of Pride”.

The pack, consisting of two pairs, M1530 and M1500, could not reflect Berlin any better.

The M1530, New Balance’s update on the 1500 silhouette for its 30th birthday, combines the classic look of the 1500 silhouette, DNA of some models out of the New Balance catalogue and a lightweight midsole technology. The M1530 comes with an all black upper made of perforated leather, 3M and nubuck.

The classic M1500 is the colorful part of the pack: Pastel colors, suede in grey and blue, white mesh and reflective panels.

The N logo is reflective on both pairs of the pack. Special insoles with printed designs are included alongside some different lacing options.

The Pack will be available on June 22nd exclusively at Overkill Berlin. The release will be followed up by a celebration rave in the best techno and electro open air location in Berlin: the Else.
