When my box came in, it was MASSIVE, so I was super curious to opened these up lol. Once I began unpacking everything I was really blown away by the amount of details that went into this project. From the camera, to the material quality, & the subtle details, it made these feel like a pretty special project. I'm really grateful to have the opportunity to own this shoe & just wanna say thank you to @thewhitakergrp for sending these out ❤️🙏🏆.

Materials: starting at the toe cap is the iconic shell toe in 🖤. If you've never owned a shell toe, it's a sturdy rubber to touch but creates no discomfort on feet. Moving to the side panel, there's a 🖤 tumbled leather that has a nice grain & feels pretty soft to touch. As you move to the 3 stripes, you'll see a cracked, 🤍 leather that has a subtle shiny effect to it. You'll also find this hit on the back heel, but on the ⬅️ pair, you'll see a Q (Queen) & on the ➡️ there's a K (King). Moving to the tongue, it's a soft 🖤 leather with adidas & 38a co-branding debossed in cream. Then, when you flip the tongue around, there's the phrase 'to the queens+kings' embroidered into the mesh. && lastly, on the inside, you'll find leather insoles w/ a queen & king, similar to what you'll find in a deck of cards, followed by a ♠️ & 'to the queens+kings'. I personally really enjoyed the details that went into this pair & the packaging was super crazy lol

Comfort/Sizing: the superstar is a pretty flat to the ground shoe with minimal padding. The insole in these does add a bit more comfort, but they feel pretty similar to a dunk. As for sizing, I usually go tts in my superstars, but there's a tad bit of r, but not enough where I'd need or want half down. I'd recommend tts.

Overall Opinion: the unboxing experience w/ this pair felt really special. Once you open it, there's a 💙 box with a cut out that holds a disposable 📸 w/ branding similar to the insoles. They come with 3 spare laces, a king/queen fusion card, & a note explaining what this new project is. Following that you have the sneaker, which is full of tiny details & premium materials. Ty again TWG 🫶🏆❤️
