The more I looked at this pair, the more I noticed some of the tiny details that went into this design. When I did this post I wanted to showcase both CWs in a way that brought out some of my favorite features & the white pair reminded me of finding a pair of Asics that's been sitting in a storage locker & found years later & it now has that natural yellowing to it.

Materials: starting at the mudguard, there's a white, synthetic leather panel w/ tan inlays that transitions to another silver panel. For the toe box, they used a translucent ripstop that's similar to the og pair from a transparency standpoint. Moving to the stripes, there's a silver & cream TPU panel that wraps to the back heel and finishes off w/ a GT2160 logo in tan & white lettering. From the back of the stripes to the inner side has a white, big hole mesh that wraps around the back heel. As for branding, this pair also has no ATC branding, but there is an Asics logo on the tongue, an A logo at the bottom of the lace cage, & lastly on the back heel, there's the word 'Gel'(basically the same as the black 2160 they did)

Comfort/Sizing: the 2160 comfort is similar to the Gel-Nimbus 9 & kayano 14 but not as soft as the Kayano 14. It has a squishy feel on foot but also has a feeling of firmness & stability as well. In terms of sizing, I got these in a size 8 & they honestly fit me pretty well.

Overall Opinion: even though the black pair took the crown for me on this pack, I do think this pair is going to age pretty well. I noticed with each of their designs, they had some sort of yellowing to it & I'm curious to see if these will begin to change with more time & wear over the years.
