When CLOT announced their partnership w/ adidas, this was one of the pairs that really caught my attention. The uppers on these are really nice & they have really unique features which allow these to be a slip on & a regular sneaker by folding the back heel down. This pair honestly feels like a perfect shoe for summer or a solid choice for the beach. I happened to go in store and see them in hand & was impressed how nice they were & when @trevlloydstyling told me my size was the last size, I folded LOL.

Materials: the base layer of this sneaker is a tan hemp material that looks similar to primeknit, but is hemp lol. On the toe cap, there's a lighter tan suede that feels pretty nice to touch (the suede also runs up the lace cage & on the back heel). My favorite part is the stripes bc they used white beads instead of a standard stripe. Another unique touch is the back heel folds down & gives you the option for a slip on or regular sneaker. Moving to the outsole, they 🪡 a hemp material directly into the insole, similar to the MORJAS 'The Espadrille'. & Lastly... For the branding they added a debossed CLOT logo on the back heel of the right pair & adidas trefoil on the left. Overall, this is a very refreshing take of the Gazelle & one of my favorite takes I've seen on a gazelle so far.

Comfort/Sizing: this specific pair has a removable insole that is very well padded, which adds a softer feeling on foot. I'd say these are a little bit more comfy than a regular Gazelle. For sizing, I got these in my tts and they were pretty tight out of the box, but after they broke in while wearing for the day, they fit me perfectly, so go tts imo.

Overall Opinion: This is my favorite CLOT Design that i've seen w/ adidas so far & I feel like its been really cool to watch them come out swinging w/ each release. Each design continues to push the boundaries & gives a refreshing, yet unique spin on some iconic silhouettes, while also paying homage to their roots. I feel like this release didn't get as much attention w/ all the releases that week but I'm glad I grabbed a pair.
