I really love how each design has been themed to an aspect of nature. I've enjoyed how each design has its own theme to describe the color combo & theme. These were beautiful just like the others.

Materials: The base layer is the white big hole mesh for added breathability. Following the mesh & onto the Stripes & toe cap. They went with a white, long hair suede, & added an embroidered 'A' logo at the end of the stripes. The suede quality is soft to touch like the other models, however my specific pair came pretty rough & knotted up (should be an easy fix with a suede brush). On surrounding areas of the eyelets, there is a white, tumbled leather that feels like a nice quality. Next would be the Dark Brown leather that gives the sneaker a nice contrast of color, & really completes the overall design of the sneaker. Finally, my favorite detail, the choice of the spare Orange laces. Imo, this color choice completes the overall theme of the sneaker because it is the same color as the heavy duty orange rope that you may see folks using while climbing. Overall, I feel like this sneaker really allowed its design & quality to speak for itself.

Comfort/Sizing: imo, the 1130 is probably the most comfortable lifestyle model in the Asics line-up. They have a very soft and squishy feel to them, yet somehow it feels like your foot is very locked in and supported. If you haven't tried out an 1130, you're sleeping imo. In terms of sizing, I went with a size 8 & they fit me perfectly, therefore I'd stick with your tts.

Overall Opinion: I think it's pretty rare nowadays that a business goes 3/3 on their collaborations. Hal Studios has shown they continue to be consistent with their keen eye for detail. Each pair in the trilogy has its own story & the quality combined with Asics comfort really makes this sneaker the complete package. Something as small as the laces were an added perk & it solidifies the attention to detail they have while allowing the sneaker to speak the story, rather than a message having to be sold. In all, my order of favorites is Earth🥇 Glacier🥈Forest🥉
