Sean Wotherspoon x Adidas Gazelle Indoor

Tbh, I have begun to appreciate these the more that I've worn them. I feel like given Sean's background in vintage & use of corduroy, this is one of my personal favorites that he has done & tbh, this one also feels the most fitting given the use of the Gazelle Indoor as the base model.

Materials: The entire upper is made up of Corduroy with each pair having it's own unique pattern to it. The corduroy honestly feels pretty nice to touch and I really like the pattern used on these. There are different shapes and different colored trefoil logos throughout the entire upper with colors ranging from orange, blue, green, yellow, & pink. The stripes are made up of a felt (i think) material in a navy blue. On the back heel he continues the use of the felt, but it is in Maroon with his signature logo embroidered in white & orange. Lastly, my favorite part is the outsole, the gazelle indoor has a raised gum sole that wraps around & a little bit over parts of the upper with the trefoil logo pattern on the bottoms.

Comfort/Sizing: I personally find the Gazelle Indoor to be slightly more comfortable than the samba. It has a nice arch support to it imo, but is pretty flat to the ground. If comparing them to something I'd say it's similar to a dunk, but more comfy. In terms of sizing, I personally go tts in these. I find that they fit my foot perfectly in a size 8. If you have a wide foot, I would personally go half up.

Overall Opinion: I personally feel like Sean dipping into the Gazelles is going to be a huge success, plus seeing what he already has in the works, it shows the level of overall creativity that goes into his designs. I think a lot of people ended up sleeping on these due to the design, but truthfully they're pretty nice and not as crazy in hand. It's crazy to see that some sizes are sitting at retail on GOAT. I think the Indoor is a super slept on shoe & it deserves a lot more love than it gets, but that's just my opinion. If you slept on these or have been on the fence with the Gazelle Indoor & like flatter shoes, I'd give them a shot. I personally think they look better than sambas
