Honestly, this was one of the most unexpected drops for me. I actually sat with it in my cart for a minute and contemplated it, then it sold out lol. Luckily, I was able to grab it from eBay for almost retail. Tbh, it's a pretty beautiful sneaker in hand, so I was honestly kicking myself afterwards lol.

Materials: the majority of the upper consists of corduroy and suede. The corduroy is much softer and feels much nicer than other sneakers I've seen using the same type of material. The suede is soft, but not soft like something you'd see on a Made pair, but it is still nice. The mesh used is the same as the JD sports 2002r and feels very nice on foot. My favorite part is the N logo, it has this light violet shade which makes sense given it came with the same color laces.

Comfort: the 2002r is becoming one of my favorite models to wear on a daily basis. It's very soft and squishy with some support that makes it an incredibly easy choice when you're going to be out all day. In terms of sizing, this shoe fits me perfectly in size 8, and my foot measures as in-between size 8 and 8.5.

Overall Opinion: honestly this is one of my favorite collabs on a 2002r besides the Refined Future Pack. The colorblocking is beautiful, the materials are nice, and it's quite unique compared to other previous collabs on this model. I think Ssense did an incredible job overall and it's no shock to me that a lot of people are looking to grab these after the release.
