Bodega x Crocs 'Nict-Tech' All-Terrain Clog 2.0
Following the successful launch from their previous Crocs Collab, Bodega stays true to their previous design & creates a solid pt 2 for those who missed out. This time it's done in a more neutral tone, while also staying true to its roots of the 1st pair. Thank you Bodega for sending these over to review ahead of the launch 🫶🏆❤️.
Materials/Aesthetic: the main cover of this pair is a ⏹️ patterned, thick, ripstop hood in brown. The cover acts as a weatherproofing feature for when you get stuck in some unexpected rainfall ☔. The hood can be removed & allows you to customize the Crocs in 3 different ways: fully covered, w/ the pouch attached & hood removed, or you can take off all accessories off & rock em like a normal clog. My favorite way has been w/ the pouch attached, b/c of the way it looks on feet, plus the little pouch has a 3m bodega logo & overall is a nice feature in case you need to put anything in it while on your trail. Like every bodega collab, the details are on point & with this pair they snuck in some Bodega branding on the Crocs logo near the ankle plate & they even snuck in their slogan 'hidden in plain sight' as you open up the inner side of back strap. As for the actual clog, it has a tree bark print as base w/ purple & blue tint to it & it compliments the brown & green hits of the cover really well. Overall, I feel like they made a solid follow up to their original design while still allowing the person wearing them to stay true to Crocs design language of allowing you to customize your pair to your own liking.
Comfort/Sizing: if you have never worn a pair of Crocs, they're very squishy on feet & are a great throw on & go type of clog. They're really versatile & can be worn in most scenarios. I'd say in comparison, they're really close to Yeezy slides in terms of comfort. For sizing, I'd recommend going down a full size from your tts, so if you're a US 10, go US 9 & so on.
Release Details: this pair will be releasing Friday, September 27th, 2024 online at 12pm EST and in-store at both Bodega locations via FCFS. Good luck to those looking to pick up a pair ♻️⛰️🐊
