Stussy x Nike Air Max 2013
I was very excited when I saw these were going to be coming out and I was not disappointed when I got them in hand. I will say out of the whole pack this colorway is hands down my favorite.
Materials: this sneaker is very different when it comes to what I am normally reviewing. On the entire upper it consists of this fossil colored web/rope like pattern that feels durable, but somewhat soft to touch. It is essentially the same material as what was on the spiridon, which I personally loved. I know this is going to sound odd, but the feature I looked forward to the most was the tongue lol. That was one of my only gripes on the previous models. In the area where the laces are, it is a tiny rope hoop that you slide your laces through that is visible underneath the webbing if looking close-up. Lastly the only major thing to really mention is the air bubble on this colorway is not visible at all and it consists of the same fossil colorway.
Comfort/Sizing: imo, this model is extremely comfortable for my feet. I have worn this shoe numerous times since getting my pair in, and If I'm being honest it has been my sneaker of choice if I am going to go out anywhere. The bottom has a full air unit which gives me a nice comfortable feel to it while walking. The comfort is WAY better than the AM97 with an air unit that feels very stiff on foot. In terms of sizing: I personally got my pair in an 8 and it fits my foot perfectly. If you are a wide footer, I would 100% go up a half size. However, with the black pair, it is very tight on foot in size 8 and I would personally recommend going up a half size.
Overall Opinion: I truly love this shoe. I was slightly nervous getting this shoe because I had never tried a pair on and there aren't many videos online about it before it dropped. I think overall, this colorway is a very wearable colorway that goes with a wide variation of outfits. I was truly shocked by how comfortable this model was and I will 100% be doubling up on this pair.it would be with this colorway it gets dirty FAST, but it can be cleaned easily. If you're on the fence w/ this sneaker rn, I would cop
